-Great colleagues to work withWork tasks-Release planning: Collaborating with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to create release schedules, prioritize features, and establish release criteria
-Release coordinating: Coordinate the strategizing, implementation, and oversight of software rollouts throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle
-Risk management: Identifying potential risks and dependencies related to releases, devising mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues that may impact release delivery
-Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and overcome challenges
-Release reporting and documentation: provide post-release reports and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the release process
-Release documentation: creating and maintaining release documentation, including release notes, deployment instructions, and rollback plans, to ensure clear communication and support for release activitiesWe are looking for-Fluent English
-IT project management and planning skills
-Previous experience from release or deployment management activities
-Experience working with incident, problem, and change management tools and processes under the ITIL framework
-Experience working with Jira & Confluence
-Experience in working with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
-Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
-Fundamental technical knowledge to communicate with the development teams and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the teamTo succeed in the role, as an employee you are:-Analytical and detail-oriented
