Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers to facilitate their decision-making process.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions to support sales efforts.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and challenges.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service before and after sales.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the MDF/HDHMR plywood.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling plywood.
Knowledge of plywood manufacturing processes, grades, and specifications.
