- Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy with specific focus on market share capture
- Partner with Account Managers team to manage at the regional level the Digital Pathology sales opportunities in large and medium size competitive accounts across the full funnel process from lead to implementation
- Build and deliver Digital Pathology projects that match Customer needs & expectations
- Liaise with Customer IT departments to effectively design and implement the Digital Pathology solution
- Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems market share
- Support the tender response team on the technical application process
- University’s degree in Medical Science or Biomedical/Bioinformatic Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years Sales experience in the Healthcare environment: experience with budgets, forecasting, providing quotations, responding to tenders and managing priorities to meet revenue targets
- Experience in interacting with Clinical and/or Anatomical Pathology Labs
- Knowledge of LIS, HIS, PACS
- Excellent communication skills in English
