Coty and its brands are committed to a range of social causes as well as seeking to minimize its impact on the environment.THE ROLEMISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for our new Product Manager, a fragrance expert that is passionate about products innovations and product development in the luxury field.We search for a proactive and creative Product Manager willing to be part of the exciting adventure to build and develop ETRO, a new brand for Coty. Etro is an Italian Fashion brand with a unique colorful elegance and a recognizable printed pattern. The challenge will be to further develop its fragrance business adding to an existing niche collection.We are looking for a proactive Product Manager who is also creative, rigorous, business driven and a good team player with client- oriented mind to be in close link with ETRO's fashion house.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • participating in the fragrance franchise positioning in key markets to recommend strategic moves, develop new business opportunities and create the 3Y relevant launch plan for these lines (key product initiatives, concepts, big idea, innovation, new campaign, …). Keeping close link with markets needs and trade marketing to work on relevant offer and align on strategy
  • Define and develop the best outstanding support 360 toolboxes to achieve successful new launches or support existing lines aligned with markets and commercial needs. As well as follow development of communication assets in line with brand and line with expert teams and fashion house (advertising, digital, POS) together with Marketing Manager. All project / 360 needs to be developed with consistency with brand values and with a focus on creativity / out of the box mindset and with sustainability in mind.
  • Ensure coordination with external partners (agencies, suppliers…)
  • Be the key contact and federate, establishing strong connections with the expert functions to ensure a consistent 360 (digital, merchandising, R&D, trade marketing…)
  • Follow up financials KPIs for his/her axis
  • Relationship with ETRO fashion house for all assets development
  • Lead on brand cross-functional topics: CMI studies, concept, strategic meetings
WHAT YOU'LL BRINGQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
  • Between 1 and 3 years of relevant products development experience at global level
  • Strongly prefer Global Marketing experience in Fragrance

  • Strategic Vision to build the brand in a “new / better / different” mindset vs competition
  • Creativity and ability to bring new ideas (product & concepts with a focus on out of the box mindset), brand vision & innovation. From consumer insights to actual concepts. Sensitivity to brands identity & ultra-premium codes
  • Organisation & reliability: Responding effectively to multiple demands, be organise and show reactivity. Strong ownership & proactivity on attributed projects.
  • Soft Skills: agility, precision, decision making, flexibility, good spirit, facilitate teamwork
