David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a BPO with great employee satisfaction ratings to find Albanian-speaking Quality Analyst (Content Moderation). Position: Quality Analyst (Content Moderation) Location: Thessaloniki, Greece Work Model: On-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and assess user-generated content including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio files according to predefined guidelines and policies Conduct thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements Provide constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to improve their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Training, and Product Development to continuously improve moderation processes and tools Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent English (C1) and Albanian (C1), must be able to read and speak the language with an emphasis on great grammar skills Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools and technologies will be considered as an advantage EU Passport holder of with sorted Residency in Greece (no visa sponsorship available!)
