- Drive the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and market trends.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating advanced skills in campaign management and optimization.
- Oversee the strategy and execution of Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Conduct advanced bidding optimization to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
- Leverage and enhance third-party bidding tools and technologies for sophisticated campaign management.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with SOPs related to PPC operations.
- Understand and implement brands' technical requirements, supporting PPC managers in the best ways of campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, acting as a partial product owner for campaign structuring processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Amazon PPC management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon's advertising platform, campaign management, and optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of achieving significant ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change.
