Job Title: National Account Manager – Grocery
Location: Lincolnshire
Package: £45,000 to £55,000 basic salary plus 10% bonus and Car AllowanceOur client is a leader in both quality and innovation within the fresh produce product sector. If you're ready to embrace cutting-edge technologies, sustainable practices, and drive innovation, this opportunity is ripe for you!About The Role: You will be the face of our client’s business with one of the largest grocery accounts. This is an extremely fast paced environment where you will be dealing with multiple contacts externally and internally to ensure you are cultivating profitable and lasting relationships.Responsibilities will include:
  • You'll report directly to the Commercial Director, taking charge of the day-to-day activities of our client’s largest account.
  • Managing an annual promotion plan and seasonal trade plans for key periods.
  • Maintain the accuracy of business forecasts, particularly volume and pricing forecasts, and contribute to exciting ESG initiatives like plastic reduction.
  • Work with autonomy and significant decision-making responsibility to maximise commercial opportunities.
Your Experience:
  • Experience within the food industry, with exposure to leading retailers or the produce sector.
  • You're someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
  • You have a knack for identifying and driving key commercial opportunities.
  • Strong numerically, with a keen understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • A demonstrated commitment to a customer-first approach.
