Would you like to be part of this journey?Summary: we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student intern to join our team as a Marketing Specialist for the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region. In this role, you will be part of the Regional Demand Marketing team who drive digital marketing, flagship events, customer advocacy initiatives, agency management, and other exciting projects to build awareness, thought leadership, pipeline, and deals acceleration across various countries within the APJ region, including ANZ, India, Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.What you'll do at UiPathKey Responsibilities:
- Supports UiPath flagship marketing events
- Create Salesforce campaign IDs to track and manage marketing campaigns effectively.
- Manage digital requests and collaborate with agencies to support APJ field, regional, and APAC partner activities, including events, webinars, eBooks, analyst reports, and newsletters.
- Set up Zoom webinars for virtual events and provide execution support.
- Create operational emails for events and webinars, providing attendees with relevant information and updates.
- Build webpages for eBooks using Contentful, or work with agencies and facilitate the feedback process with campaign owner to align with campaign objectives.
- Manage and update uipath.com resource center for APJ with new events, webinars, and content
- Manage localization requests and coordinate with agencies to ensure accurate and timely translations.
- Build webpages for customer success stories using Contentful, or work with agencies and facilitate the feedback process with campaign owner to align with campaign objectives.
- Foundational knowledge of marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce will be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Self-directed, ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Fluency in English is required, and efficiency in other languages spoken in the APJ region is a plus.
