Assist in planning and organizing program functions and events for newcomer adult language learners in LINC classes, such as the year-end outings, educational visits and field trips
Conduct community outreach and programs/services promotion including social media distribution
Prepare promotional materials such as program flyers
Experience with creating promotional videos (familiarity with videography and video editing)
Assist with administrative duties, prepare and assist in summarizing data collected from student surveys
Required Qualifications: No PreferenceLanguage required for the position: English / Mandarin and/or Cantonese (Preferred but not mandatory)Terms and Conditions:
Salary: $16.55 per hour
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
No. of weeks: 8
Anticipated Start Date / End Date: June 03 to July 26, 2024
