Real Estate Bookkeeper (Yardi Voyager)

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations with precision, swiftly resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage credit card transactions meticulously, promptly reconciling statements and invoices to uphold financial integrity.
• Own the bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately computing wages, deductions, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Expertly handle property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration using Yardi Voyager software.
• Efficiently oversee vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments and fostering positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with vendors to promptly address billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays.
• Offer support in preparing financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, when required.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Working Remotely)

• Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Thorough understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations
