This role will provide financial support to the procurement and external manufacturing departments, prepare KPI reporting for COS, and ensure integrity of the master data & costing data in Oracle.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business results and demonstrated financial capability in a supply chain environment. The successful candidate must be hands-on, comfortable with tactical execution and possess a process improvement mindset.Where You'll WorkThis role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.What You'll Do:
  • Take ownership of all month-end close, analysis, financial process and controls, for procurement and co-manufacturing.
  • Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast for Supply Chain: coordinate timeline with internal partners, analyze assumptions, challenge when appropriate, consolidate data, and report key drivers for spend fluctuations.
  • Monitor performance versus plans; provide variance explanations from analysis (not just the "what" but also the "why"), root cause determinations, identify opportunities and/or determine required corrective actions.
  • Understand business partners' roles and responsibilities to provide them with the financial information, tools, and insights they need through frequent communication and alignment.
  • Lead the month end close and KPI reporting for total consolidated Supply Chain results with support from the Manufacturing Group Controller.
  • Supervise Oracle master data maintenance and review for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure unit costs for standards and forecasts are properly stated.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and implement proper accounting controls.
  • Maximize staff performance through the utilization of the performance management process, individual development plans, and the appropriate use of rewards and recognition.
  • Champion efforts to eliminate manual work, streamline and standardize processes, automate key activities, etc.

  • You have an excellent understanding of cost accounting, and strong analytical skills.
  • A dynamic self-starter who is an innovative and tenacious problem-solver with decision-making capabilities.
  • A true business partner, who uses effective verbal and written communication skills to build relationships, understand the business, and deliver insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing large volumes of data to derive meaningful business insight from it, using keen organizational skills and excellent systems and Excel experience.
  • A high performer who can independently balance multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • An agile learner, focused on continuous process improvement and opportunities to simplify, standardize, and streamline.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field
  • 7+ years of accounting experience with a minimum of 2 years in supply chain / manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to link and analyze operational metrics to financial performance
  • Ability to lead a successful team and provide clear direction and instruction
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication, and networking skills
  • Prior experience with ERP upgrade / implementation a plus
