Duties will Involve:
- Value management – i.e preparation submissions of applications for payment, Production of an accurate and updated cash flow report
- Cost management – i.e Identify and address any overspend and underspend with the project, Set targets and challenge the project team to meet these spend targets
- Programme management – i.e Ensure regular programme updates are produced by the Project Manager and challenge any movement in the completion dates, Formal review of the updated programmes in the project progress meetings.
- Change management – i.e Production of all required notifications within the contract provisions and exceedance of these provisions through the issue of Early Warning Notices
- Subcontract management – i.e Actively manage the Subcontract programmes, Forecast and regularly review the end of life (EOL) forecast cost for each of the Subcontract package
- Design management – i.e Utilise the supply chain to support in the identification of any design change by issuing updated drawings and specifications to the them on a regular basis
- Risk and Opportunity management – i.e Produce a risk and opportunity schedule for the project.
- Project reporting – i.e Co-ordination and consolidation of the identified management areas into one regular project report
