Estimating Manager - Osborne Park

• Provide effective and administration assistance to the Operations Manager.
• Provide effective management to the flow of work through the Estimating department.
• Promote a close constructive collaboration between Estimating & Sales Team.
• Provide after contract issued support to Client Administrators.
• Liaise with the Operations Analyst with issuing of Monthly House Prices.
• Liaise closely with Scheduling Manager to provide synergy in costs between Estimating & Scheduling.
• Check Deals at initial stage of acceptance from Sales to prepare Estimates.
• Check Job Margin at critical milestones of the job flow.
• Monitor & assign workflow to Estimating staff.
• Proactively participate in meetings when they are held.
• Manage and provide ongoing support and training to the Estimating Team.

• Estimating experience within the Residential housing industry
• Proven track record as a Team Leader or Manager
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to work in a team or independently
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
