- Responsible for preparation, billing, and verification of product billing and vendor payment
- Review and correct errored transactions to ensure accurate and complete client billing
- Research and respond to vendor open AR, client billing queries, issues, and product related Service Cloud requests within OTCD dates
- Monitor and respond to requests entered the product billing related mailbox from both internal and external sources
- Aid in researching and reconciling monthly account activity with accounting to balance accounts and recognize revenue for products that are processed
- Prepare and analyze billing and payment history reports as requested
- Backing up team members
- Engaging in special projects
- Bachelors required or equivalent business experience
- Experience in leasing industry, specifically in financial services, operations, or customer service desired
- Experience with billing systems and functionality
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Excellent understanding of financial products and their key characteristics
- Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize and close, project management capabilities)
- Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue
- General business knowledge and skills, excellent financial knowledge
- Demonstrate proper judgement regarding decision making, self-reliance, and problem resolution
- Ability to influence others with diplomacy
- Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as project management software Visio, MS Project)
