- Answer and screen phone calls; take phone messages.
- Prepare small packages for shipping if needed.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Print, scan & save documents.
- Assist in business marketing strategies.
- Use QuickBooks to send invoices, receive payments, create new customers and assist in making quotes/sales.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Ability to use the Internet for research and data gathering.
- Knowledge of the following software programs or have the ability to learn quickly: QuickBooks.
- Must write and speak English fluently.
- Full-time (in office) Mon- Fri.
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- English (Required).
- 9AM - 5 PM.
