  • To work with large, complex datasets through the whole process of collation through to analysis and highlight any problem areas or areas in which we are incurring loss.
  • To identify and analyse new and emerging patterns of fraud and make recommendations for new controls and improved monitoring within our rules-based risk management tool, actively contributing to process improvements.
  • To generate reports on suspicious activity and risk management and look to continually optimise rulesets.
  • To work Cross-functionally across the JD Group for collaboration on fraud risks and investigations.
  • To complete regular monthly reporting for the Multi-Channel Profit & Asset Protection team.
  • Engage with the wider multi-Channel team regarding testing/analysis, following any changes made within our payment gateways.
  • To carry out any ad-hoc requests and/or complete any other tasks as may be requested from time to time by the Profit Protection Management team in line with current levels of responsibility.
  • To operate total confidentiality with all information gained in respect of the company, its business, or personnel.
  • To work with and provide regular contact with Group subsidiaries, assisting with queries relating to risk management tools and carry out bespoke tasks as required.
  • To ensure all confidential and other paperwork is properly secure and filed away as necessary.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge Needed:
  • Experience at an advanced level in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Proficient level of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience of SQL Oracle is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience within e-commerce loss prevention & Fraud is desirable.
