We aim to address schools’ frustrations in sourcing reliable temporary teachers, focusing on delivering a high-calibre teaching pool to ensure every student receives an exceptional education.We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in Aylesbury, starting in September 2024. This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established, vibrant and high attaining setting. Applications are invited from experienced teachers who have excellent classroom practice skills, dedication and enthusiasm.Qualifications

QTS/ NQT/ PGCE/ QTLS/ Overseas Trained Teacher
Strong back ground working with children
To understand how students’ learning is affected by their physical, intellectual, emotional and social developments.
Current DBS registered on the update system or willing to apply to obtain one

The Role

To have a secure knowledge and understanding of the concepts and skills teaching Year 1 pupils
To promote and maintain a purposeful, productive learning environment.
To meet the requirements of the school’s Safeguarding and Prevent policies and Strategies.
Consult with colleagues and / or senior staff when guidance/advice is required.
To prepare and maintain a curriculum, schemes of work and lesson plans for Year 1; teach agreed lessons and produce teaching resources, set homework, mark work, complete assessments, portfolios and pupil monitoring and tracking.
