Team Leader | Finance Managed Services

• Independently lead a team of 10 - 15 accountants - monitor and manage the workload and daily operations within the team,
• Monitor target achievement and acting on potential breaches, escalating operational issues affecting the supervised team. Ensuring all policies, procedures and guidelines are followed by team members,
• Take an active role in development, recruitment and retention of people - coaching and motivating,
• Share knowledge and best practices with other Team Leaders,
• Monitoring performance, seeking and rewarding high performers,
• Fostering high performing culture and values of the Accountants Team.

• More than two years of experience managing a team,
• At least 5 years of accounting experience,
• Knowledge and experience using performance management tools and motivation techniques,
• Fluency in English and one of the other European languages (f.ex. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese),
• Excellent communication skills, including client communication,
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.

• Experience in maintaining external accounting for a variety of clients,
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
