Accountant | Finance Managed Services

• Process all transactions and documents related to the assigned accounting process (AR/AP) for the assigned geographical area and countries in full and on time, in line with the work procedures and the superior’s instructions with the support of the Team Leader and senior specialists,
• Perform reconciliations of accounts according to implemented standards,
• Actively communicate and cooperate with respective expert teams to solve specific situations and customer requests,
• Comply with and work towards achieving efficiency and quality goals – SLAs, KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics,
• Assist with the implementation of process and activity improvements to support quality and efficiency improvement, as well as process standardization and harmonization,
• Regularly update work procedures in line with implemented changes to the process set-up.

• Interest in accounting and finances,
• Fluency in English and one of the other European languages (f.ex. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese),
• Attention for details,
• Extensive analytical and computer skills, including Excel literacy,
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Prior accounting experience,
• Formal education in the fields of finance, accounting, economics or business.
