- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they

- Take full responsibility for projects from the moment they are received
- Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ensure clear communication
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet client expectations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings,
- Ensure all project-related documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including site assessments, product
- Assist in developing proposals and quotations for potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the fields of Access Control, Access Automation, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, and Parking Management.
- Strong technical understanding of security systems and access management solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage complex projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is a plus.
