This means empowering them so they can always do what they love and what they're best at.Join us today and work on career-defining projects that are changing the industry in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, Miami and Southeast Asia.We are now looking for a talented Senior Building Supervisor to join our security team at Taikoo Shing Residential - an accomplished and customer-focused team where your leadership and passion for exceptional security service will be instrumental in elevating the living experience for our discerning Taikoo Shing residential community.RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and administer daily security operations
Implement routine procedures and establish resident relations
Handle incidents / complaints in a logical and effective manners
Co-ordinate with different parties for operational requirements
Provide on-the-job training and handle team's recruitment issue
Conduct renovation Control / DMC Violation Control
Attend the meeting with owners and prepare relevant documentations
Attend any emergencies which arise and supervise subordinates to handle such situation under instruction from Superior and report the incident on a timely basis

REQUIREMENTS

DSE or equivalent with formal training in Security or Property Management.
Minimum 7 years' experience with at least 5 years at supervisory level in security or/and building management.
Valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS.
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.
Strong supervisory, problem-solving and customer service skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Basic computer skills on MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
