  • Service SPOC
  • Portfolio analysis
  • Resolve service & tech related queries within defined TAT
  • Liaison with branches & product teams to resolve CEP customer specific queries.
  • Generate referrals from satisfied clients/KDMS

  • Point of Contact for all service-related matters for new & key corporates
  • Regional Portfolio Analysis & provide insights to improve salary credits
  • Resolve service and tech related requests within defined TAT
  • Liaison with branches & product teams to resolve CEP customer specific queries
  • Ensure all offers are delivered on time & used by clients to generate referrals
  • Perform regular ATM and Marketing desk checks which is aligned to DBS standard.
