- Serve as Reward advisor to HRRMs and Business on a spectrum of reward products/issues. Understand the business and strategic imperatives, anticipate challenges and provide workable and sustainable solutions.
- Keep abreast with compensation trends, government regulations, legislation; Develop and implement effective as well as competitive practices to enable data-driven recommendations to improve employees journey and engagement.
- Partner HR Communications in developing employee communications strategy and deliverables to communicate Rewards programs/ initiatives effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of strategy and operational compensation plans/ activities across the region are in compliant with current regulations through effective partnership with key business and HR stakeholders.
- Participate in benchmarking exercise and conduct analysis on compensation and benefits against market as well as other HR taskforce supporting organizational changes.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements especially in relation to Fair Compensation Principles & Practices in the region.
- Keep abreast of the latest trend and development in the compensation, benefits and global mobility landscape.
- Good track record of executing on key initiatives through collaboration in a complex, matrixed and fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task, drive and deliver results under tight schedules and pressure
- Independent individual with good planning and organisational ability
- Team player with strong communication, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with sound analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to tell a story with insights and trends.
