The role of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide a set of regular services on behalf of BrandVerity's clients. You will manage or partake in internal or customer facing projects. Coordinators will follow a series of steps to manage data for clients, optimizing the process and providing feedback back to our teams. Services can include but are not limited to, data aggregation and analyzation, sending violation email templates, updating commission rates, and communicating with various client-facing teams.This position is for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the execution of all tasks associated with your clients' services
  • Work directly with clients and Customer Managers to understand requirements and prioritization of deliverables
  • Provide insights to the engineering team to help improve the product
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to your clients
