Finance Analyst (ERP) Dublin (Hybrid) €70,000 - €80,000 Are you a proactive problem-solver with a passion for streamlining financial processes? My client is a multinational Media organization embarking on implementing an ERP system across diverse business units. We're looking for a Finance Analyst to help lead the charge and drive change on a global scale. Core Requirements:- Proficiency in leading-edge cloud-based Finance solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Sage.- Demonstrated success in hands-on support throughout the design, testing, and rollout of group systems across international borders.- Deep understanding of the interconnectedness of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics, including a mastery of debits and credits.- Knowledgeable about financial regulatory and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.- Occasional travel within the EU Key Responsibilities:- Craft comprehensive process maps from current states to desired outcomes, ensuring clarity and efficiency at every step.- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to identify and implement process improvements.- Facilitate workshops to gain insights into future business processes, data structures, and operational needs.- Engage with non-finance stakeholders to capture and address operational requirements comprehensively.- Ensure that BI report design and Financial Planning & Analysis functions deliver a unified, reliable source of truth.- Lead end-to-end user acceptance testing, developing scripts and validating results meticulously.- Provide valuable support and constructive feedback on data migration strategies.- Evaluate and understand the implications of any proposed custom system configurations on finance processes and reporting capabilities.- Assist in cleansing legacy data before migrating to the new system.- Support finance team training to ensure a thorough understanding of system functionality prior to launch and develop user-friendly training manuals- Serve as a central point of contact throughout the project, managing escalations efficiently.- Collaborate closely with IT and system implementation teams to ensure seamless integration of finance systems.- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
