Our client is a Global Multinational Company with a well-established presence of more than 20 years with more than 1000 employees worldwide. With rapid expansion plans, they are now looking for a Project Executive / Manager to be a part of their team.About the Job ...As a Project Executive / Manager, your job responsibilities involve:Managing end to end projects and project teams, this includes:
- Planning detailed schedules and managing progress based on the given outline plan
- Providing feedback to the designer to improve defined processes and procedures based on actual site work experience
- Guiding and instructing sub-team members
- Consolidating information, creating reports, and troubleshooting technical problems during site work
- Supervising sub-team members to ensure safety during site works
- Monitoring systems at the site
- Managing daily error information and requesting investigations by the maintenance team
- Managing lists of malfunctioning devices and creating repair reports, withdrawing replacement items, and monitoring the repair process
- Planning the arrangement of resources necessary for the project, such as workers, vehicles, and tools, obtaining approval from the cost controller, and submitting orders to the procurement department
- Monitoring resource usage by managing worker attendance, vehicle inspection and maintenance records, and tool inventory
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record of having managed full cycle end to end project implementations.You should also have a good experience managing large project teams coupled with a good understanding of IT software or systems knowledge.Whats on Offer
