- Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for the Trust Integration Engine.
- Collaborate with suppliers, connected system owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Manage the testing process throughout the software development life cycle.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
- Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practises and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test management role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Experience with testing web services.
- Proficiency in creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus.
- Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with testing of HL7 messages is also desirable but not essential.
