- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Follow up on quotes sent to clients
- Manage and update databases and filing systems
- Provide support to the production team by assisting with documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
