Salary: £45-55K Depending on Experience + Excellent PackageThe COMPANYOur client is a well established Global manufacturer of power generation/combustion equipment to a variety of industries including petrochemical, power stations, oil & gas, etc. Their market leading comprehensive product range includes thermal oxidizers, burners, flare systems and pollution control equipment.The ROLEDue to continued growth of their EMEA business an opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Welding QC Engineer to join their successful team. You will be responsible for a variety of QC functions, concentrating on welding, including;
- Non-destructive testing and weld inspection
- Quality control of fabrication
- Carry out Weld Audits to ISO 3834
- Project Processes are compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Knowledge of ASME & CSWIP 3.1
- Help QHSE within the organisation
- Continuous improvement
- Internal & supplier audits
- Quality control & inspection of manufactured equipment
- A good engineering skill set (Apprenticeship, HND, Degree, etc.)
- QC Experience within a manufacturing environment
- Fabrication/Welding knowledge
- NEBOSH/IOSH desirable
