- Contribute to the delivery of CPM's Marketing plan
- Management and idea generation of online content in line with Group Corporate Guidelines and management of the digital calendar both internally and externally
- Manage calendar and schedule meetings on behalf of the General Manager
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes and actions at meetings as required
- Communicate and follow up with SMT on behalf of the General Manager
- Event coordination, scheduling and support on all campaigns, events and media plans
- Content collation & publishing for CPM quarterly insights bulletin
- Monitoring performance of all marketing, new business and assigned client campaigns across all channels
- Updating databases and using HubSpot CRM system
- Management of CPM creative assets locally
- Working with third party suppliers as required
- Supporting the New Business Manager on various projects as required
- Finance and administration support for General Manager, Marketing & New Business Department
- Bachelor's degree in business / marketing / digital marketing
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or office environment
- Strong attention to detail with can do attitude
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly motivated with ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients from all levels within an organization
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic Salary €30,000 - €32,000 (DOE)
