Projects and sectors will vary in diversity and complexity, from £10m upwards and will cover high education, commercial, life sciences, leisure and residential. The appointment is a critical post and opportunity, allowing the successful candidate to prove themselves, whilst providing a brilliant platform to progress within this desirable business.About you:You will be an experienced senior project manager, who is time served within a construction or property consultancy. You will have a degree in a construction related discipline, will more than likely hold a professional membership with the RICS, IOB or APM.
