  • Contributing to Ericsson MSRBS, Radio and Energy saving technologies strategies.
  • Being a part of the MSRBS design and systematization team.

  • Participate in all phases of software design: scoping, development and testing
  • Design the implementation of the product's functional and non-functional requirements working in an Agile team
  • Own the implemented functionality: from design and implementation to deployment in production environment
  • Be responsible for the quality of the technical solution
  • Participate in continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Design and review software based on requirement specifications using mainly C++ in a Linux environment.
  • Create automated tests in multiple layers for the software you and your team write, both unit tests in C++ as well as multi-component tests.
  • Participate as a dedicated team member in everyday teamwork and collaborate closely with your colleagues in a global environment.
  • Work end-to-end; participate in pre-design activities, document your work, and follow your work all the way to customer activities.
  • Handle customer feedback and fix bugs.
  • Analyze, design, and implement product improvements to secure long-term quality and architecture for our software products.
You will bring
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
  • 5 years or more worth of SW development experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Experience and proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Erlang or scripting with knowledge about coding principles
  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Familiarity with version control and development management systems (GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication skills (replace with below one)
  • "Can do" attitude
  • Love to learn new things
  • Because of the level of collaboration both within and outside your team, good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude is essential.
  • Advantage for this position: Knowledge in Telecommunication, Cloud, Machine Learning, Agile ways of working.
It's a huge plus if you have experience with
  • Knowledge about mobile and telecom networks
  • Scrum and Agile methodology for SW development and deployment
  • Knowledge about security aspects and standards of software development
