Job Description 1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote our range of hearing aids and hearing test services.
2.Build and maintain relationships with potential customers by providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3.Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the sales manager.
4.Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions for reporting and follow-up purposes.
5.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
6.Cold calling potential clients to introduce Rogan Clinic's products and services.
7.Following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
8.Providing product information and answering questions about hearing aids and hearing tests.
9.Closing sales and processing orders accurately.
10.Collaborating with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.Job Requirements 1.Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
3.Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities to convert leads into sales opportunities.
4.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads and sales activities
