Kualifikasi :RESPOSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop all team through well-defined and executed training plans, to elevate the service standards, skill sets and improve productivity.
- Plan and execute classroom based Training such as Basic Schools Training, campaign launches and all service/skill related training
- Develop of training materials & cascade all product launches training materials to suit the learning level of the training audiences of markets responsible for.
- Work closely with all department to identify talents, set up individual or group training/coaching plan so as to strengthen them in skill needed
- Periodically evaluate training effectiveness & work towards improving Training ROI
- Bachelor's degree in any field (HR Management or Psychology background will be preferred)
- At least possess 10 years of working experience as Training/ People Development
- Experienced in creating TNA, creating training modules, delivering soft skill training, perform pre-post tests and training reports
- Possess excellent analytical thinking, presentation skill, Interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical, Team player, Resourceful, Creative thinking (to enhance learning)
