- Participate in the review, analysis, and completion of required data and responses to RFI, RFP, and rarely RFQ.
- Manage all project deliverables per implementation stage (analysis, process capture, technical implementation, Documentation, required UATs, business user manual) with specialized documentation per stakeholder group of the required parameterization, product and systems implementations and functionalities to fully support the solution.
- Integrate accounting processes in product events, from an operational and financial point of view, in local and international accounting standards, creation of relevant instructions in Apollo - Git.
- Participate in implementations of institutional frameworks related to Greek and International Accounting (My Data, Gr GAP, IFRS).
- Develop and review procedures relating to the accounting and tax framework for the operation of the company's Customers and its activities, assets and liabilities.
- Mediate and resolve business issues related to accounting in existing product versions.
- Work with the relevant departments on a case-by-case basis to implement business planning.
- Participate in intra and inter-company discussions and Working Groups, Teams meetings with the participation of corporate clients, to address their business issues.
- Minimum 10 years of experience of same responsibility in a Bank/Financial Institute or Fintech.
- Highly experienced in several key areas of banking operations - products and services, both in core and digital environments.
- Extensive experience in interpreting complex financial data and presenting them in a simple and doable way.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- EU valid work and residence permit.
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability that can help them transition easily between products and projects, assuming necessary initiatives when needed.
- A methodical personality with advanced organizational skills, comfortable adhering to defined rules and procedures.
- The capability of communicating politely and effectively across levels of seniority and cultures, working under one's own autonomy, as a member, or a leader of a fast-moving cross functional team.
- Assuming ownership and pride in outstanding performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
