Our client, who is a leading Korean Heavy Machinery Trading Company is seeking for the dynamic individual to become an exceptional Regional Sales Manager in their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationship with their valuable clients for the Kalimantan Region.Job Description:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Establish sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the sales team, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to provide feedback, guidance, and support to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy machinery or equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
