- Serve as the primary relationship manager with assigned business leaders including a balance being part of the leadership team with a hands-on approach in developing, leading and executing HR solutions for the business and various cross-functional HR programs
- Use consulting skills to understand what the business does, their products/services, and develop and execute upon a plan to address the talent needs
- Act as an extended member of the business leadership team to provide direct input and influence of the workforce strategy, workplace policies and employee engagement
- Build relationships with business leaders and employees and be their point of escalation for functional HR issues.
- Collaborate and communicate information across lines to ensure effective coordination between business clients, HRBP team and HR COEs to strategically deliver HR solutions
- Play a lead role consulting with managers on talent assessment, career planning, performance management, and compensation planning activities
- Partner with HR COEs; Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development to creatively attract and retain high quality, diverse and engaged workforce
- Ensure compliance on HR related company guidelines and policies; participating in ER activities when they arise
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Related - Minimum
- 15 Years - Human Resources, Talent Management or Business Partner Consulting
- Human Resources Professional Certification – Preferred
