- You will provide training, support to the end users, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the data and reports.
- You have strong knowledge, understanding and practical experience of working in agile environment is required.
- You will support the design and development of the GMS using Agile best practices
- You will document AS IS and TO BE business process
- You will identify pain points for business improvement and anticipate requirements t
- You will gather and document the business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the GMS feature enhancements
- You will inform and support the design and development of the data model, data integration, data quality, and data security processes, the reports and dashboards using Salesforce and CRMA.
- You will conduct testing and validation of GMS features/requirements
- You will provide recommendations and insights on how to improve the data and reporting solutions
- You will engage and communicate with stakeholders
- Degree in business, information systems, computer science, or related field and/or relevant experience
- 5 years + experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role in a Salesforce project with CRMA or other business intelligence tools used for creating dashboards and reports using Salesforce data as one of the sources.
- Training and/or certification in Salesforce and CRMA/other BI tools
- Agile certifications with understanding of Agile principles
- Understanding of Unified modelling language (UML) & Business process modelling techniques e.g. BPMN
- Experience of end-to-end SDLC and hands-on experience in gathering & managing requirements using digital tools such as Microsoft DevOps, SharePoint Wiki
