Responsibilities Analyze the existing Salesforce configuration and code to assess its alignment with business processes and policies. Ensure that application development adheres to the established Salesforce CRM architecture and complies with enterprise standards, considering functional, quality, security, and systems management requirements. Take ownership of Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts. Oversee Salesforce strategies and manage associated risks related to maintenance, data, integrations, and security Hold accountability for the work conducted by Salesforce developers, administrators, and testers. Foster innovation within Salesforce by identifying and creating reusable components, tools, accelerators, and AppExchange solutions, encouraging the team's adoption of these accelerators. Evaluate technological trade-offs and feasibility, making decisions that align with project constraints Effectively communicate concepts, architectures, solution options, and evaluations through diagrams, written materials, and meetings to ensure stakeholders' understanding and informed decision-making Provide recommendations for alternative approaches, define technical impacts, and offer high-level sizing estimates Collaborate with business analysts to ensure Salesforce solutions meet the requirements of the business Conduct Salesforce training and promote knowledge sharing within the team. Requirements Comprehensive practical expertise in Salesforce declarative programming techniques and administrative features Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce coding languages, including APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, and LWC Demonstrated proficiency in data modeling and adept management of the CI/CD process. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and sales processes, with a beneficial understanding of Service Cloud. Familiarity with integrations, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce is advantageous. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and presentation abilities Strategic thinking capability and a track record of maintaining composure under pressure. Proven experience in building, managing, and nurturing a team-oriented environment Demonstrated ability to drive process change. A collaborative team player.
