As a key member of our team, you will gain hands on experience within an internal talent function to implement, monitor and improve processes to facilitate a positive candidate experience, as well as use key sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search) to proactively source and connect with top talent in support of key operational areas of the business.This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail as you will be issuing letters of employment from our HRIS (Workday) and managing the due diligence process (reference, qualification, police and medical checks) as well as regular compliance reporting.In addition to supporting our high performing Talent Partners, this role has lots of interaction with senior leaders as well as potential employees who are also our members, so the ability to connect and communicate effectively in a timely manner will be key to success in this role.What do you bring?You're not just looking for your next job, but a place with a purpose and mission, that will support career growthA cooperative mindset by prioritising collaboration and teamworkThe ability to take the initiative and drive your own work with limited supervisionYou get excited about the recruitment process and have ideas on how to make it a great experience for candidates or the business – have an idea?
