Job Description Job Purpose: Linen Club is a well-established brand in the menswear segmet. We are looking to increase the order quantities year on year. This can be done through addition to our textile print design collections for fabric & apparel brands. Dimensions: Grow fabric printing volume for OTC, RMG and apparel segments to more than 25 % over a period of 3 years. Job Context & Major Challenges: Trend research to come up with print design briefs and new concepts for OTC quarterly bookings and apparel seasonal tradeshows. Should be highly creative to develop digital, rotary and screen print cad designs. Proficient in photoshop, Illustrator software. Strong technical knowledge on various textile printing techniques and base fabrics. Handle end to end design process to deliver print collections from CAD development to strike off development and make final collection presentations sets for dealer bookings. Possess excellent communication skills, willing to travel and interact with dealers and sales team to meet consumer requirements. Strong vendor and time management skills to handle multiple conferences and to adhere to the design calendar deliverables. Accountability Supporting Actions Develop print design collections Create screen and digital print design collections for OTC and apparel brands. Design presentations Understand market requirements and showcase the design collections for quarterly bookings to dealers and sales team. Collection set management Make design collections from initial concept to final presentation sets for quarterly bookings. Work Relationships: Internal Frequency Nature Product development Interaction with Sales team Monthly To interact with product development team to come up with new product launches to the category. Timely interactions with regional sales team to understand the regional market requirements and develop right mix of design collections to meet the sales targets. External Frequency Nature Vendor management Weekly Interact with in-house and outsource vendors to develop strike offs/samples. Ensure the developments are done accurate as per given parameters and on time. MUST HAVES Domain & Leadership Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills to manage vendors. Presentation skills to showcase design collections to dealers and sales team. Creative thinking to come up with new concepts and unique designs. Service knowledge / Product knowledge: Technical knowledge of rotary and digital printing. Technical skills in woven fabrics. Software skills in photoshop & Illustrator
