JOB TITLE: Bilingual MyChart Enrollment Internship
LOCATION: Providence, RI
HOURS: Part-Time and Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of EPIC MyChart features and functionalities.
- Provide support to users, including patients, in navigating and utilizing EPIC MyChart.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EPIC MyChart.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPIC MyChart.
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices for patient engagement and digital health tools.
- Assist in training sessions and workshops for users to maximize their use of EPIC MyChart.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts related to EPIC MyChart usage and improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology, with a focus on patient portals and electronic health records.
- Bilingual in Spanish & Englsih required
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and digital health solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of EPIC or electronic health records is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work during the summer internship period.
