:As an Operator at Al Dhafra Fort, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various equipment and systems within the facility. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery essential for the functioning of the facility, including but not limited to HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other mechanical equipment.Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment as needed, including troubleshooting issues, conducting routine inspections, and performing preventive maintenance tasks.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and visitors to the facility.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues encountered, as required by the facility management teamTeam Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the facilities management team to coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure the overall efficiency and functionality of the facility.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in a relevant field.

Previous experience in facilities management or operations is preferred.

Strong technical skills and proficiency in operating various types of equipment and machinery.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

UAE nationals will be given priority, but candidates of other nationalities residing in Al Dhafra region should also apply.
