- Day-to-day finance activities in close collaboration with the shared service centre
- Assist in month-end closing process thus ensuring the delivery of monthly results and supporting information in line with the corporate timetable.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Deliver best in class P&L and Balance Sheet reporting & analysis in close collaboration with the Senior Finance Manager & the BeNeUK Finance team.
- Business partner to Finance Director, local Leadership Team and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures
- Supporting on Sox, Audits, Statutory Filings and Financial Projects
- A degree in Finance or Economics
- Excellent Communication skills and Fluency in English is Mandatory. Fluency in Dutch would be desirable or at least learning and currently at a B2 Level or above.
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Great attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
- Act accountable and pro-active.
- Strong team player with a flexible attitude
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP software application MS Dynamics is a plus.
