- Managing the commitments and schedule of the School Director and proactively resolving conflicting demands
- Management of various email accounts and responding to rapidly evolving priorities
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence with exceptional attention to detail
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and providing advice on a range of policies and procedures
- Work as a part of the broader School Administration team to support the day-to-day operations of the School
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs of your executive
- Flexibility and sound judgement to respond to rapidly evolving priorities and proactively manage multiple deadlines
- Enjoys working as a part of a highly collaborative and supportive team in an operational administration environment
- Enjoys building strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion when responding to business needs within tight timeframes
