S/he will be Working with Progressive HR Team.Job Role & Responsibility:-

Present quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Salary Calculation and negotiation.

Skills and Qualification:

Proven experience as a Non-technical Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience-

Minimum of 2 years of experience in NON-IT , Preferably in Sales Recruitment & having Basic Knowledge of CTC/salary structure calculation

CTC- 4-5 LPAWorking days - 5 days in a week
