In this role you will be reporting to R&D Team Lead and you will be a part of Measurement & Analytics R&D team within Corporate Technology Center (CTC). As a part of CTC, you will work in a dynamic and creative team with a wide range of experience and expertise. The Measurement & Analytics R&D team focuses on development of digital products and software solutions for various measurement devices.Your responsibilities

Managing the entire lifecycle of product - from idea to release and responsible for stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and common understanding
Documenting business requirements in the form of features, user stories, use cases and specifications with the highest possible quality, including acceptance criteria
Collaborating with UX team to conduct customer and stakeholder interviews, elaborating on personas and validate problems
Creating, prioritizing, maintaining and executing a roadmap for all key development activities for the product on a continuous basis
Involving in technical and architectural discussions to drive functional roadmap
Establishing and facilitating the defect triage process, playing the role of product quality champion and ensure user centricity during product development
Organizing and running the sprint planning, retrospectives and reviewing meetings. Planning sprint demo meetings for relevant stakeholders, managing demo systems within R&D lab. Owning product documentation and training needs

Your background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical field
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in managing software product, experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping (MVP/POC) and other techniques
Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes ( user story, sprint, epic creation, understanding of estimation and backlog grooming techniques must, TFS tool knowledge is a plus)
Familiarity or knowledge of modern database technologies and coding languages/frameworks like Angular, .Net and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Understanding of system architectures and ensuring that application integrates well in the overall system architecture
Drive UI and UX activities (i.e. mock up creation, journey mapping , wireframe setup). Familiarity of PLC’s and SCADA systems and Cybersecurity fundamentals. Experience in the area of IoT, IIoT, Predictive Maintenance and Asset Performance Management domain
Familiarity with typical data sources and protocols used for operational technologies (OT) in the area of Industrial Automation
Excellent communication skills. Play the role of negotiator among competing stakeholders to ensure product roadmap adherence.
