We are looking for a Project Manager who will elevate our platforms to new heights. In the Kilroy Group, you will collaborate with a robust and passionate tech team to build platforms that significantly influence our customers' global exploration. You will spearhead projects alongside stakeholders, focusing on implementing enhancements and crafting new features for our platforms. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping the overall tech strategy of the Kilroy Group, aligning it with agile methodologies as a seasoned Scrum Master.About You
We expect you to be a pivotal team player and a strategic thinker who can lead major initiatives. You should have experience with SaaS products and be well-versed in the latest tech trends. Whether you are brimming with creative ideas or are the dependable type who consistently meets deadlines, your ability to manage projects effectively and your deep knowledge of Scrum practices will be vital.Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management: Oversee the development and enhancement of platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Agile Leadership: Utilize your Scrum Master expertise to facilitate and optimize agile project cycles, improve team dynamics, and ensure effective sprint executions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as key between developers, designers, and business units, spearheading product innovation and platform optimization.
Integration and Synergy: Ensure cohesive integration across various platforms while maximizing cross-brand synergies.
Continuous Improvement: Lead ongoing process improvements, adapting agile methodologies to suit project needs and team growth.

Who You Are

Educational Background: You hold a relevant degree from institutions like CBS or ITU, with specializations in IT, e-commerce, project management, or similar fields.
Scrum Expertise: You are an experienced Scrum Master, well-acquainted with Agile frameworks, and possibly certified.
Technical Proficiency: A solid grasp of project management tools such as Jira is essential, facilitating effective project tracking and stakeholder communication.
Analytical and Structured: Your approach is methodical and result-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze complex situations and devise effective solutions.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
