- Shape the product development of our bespoke platform for assessment
- Working with the CPO and CTO to design new features that meet our business needs
- Collaboratively produce development business cases to support prioritisation of longer term product development in line with core business goals
- Work with our Product Team to help prioritise developments that both align with and inform our business strategy
- Provide fully scoped designs to meet prioritised objectives to allow the leadership to have well-informed development discussions
- Develop, prioritise and implement projects that improve the user experience (UX), liaising with web developers on developments and updates and quality assure all new updates
- Gather feedback from customers and internal team using a range of approaches to design and test out proposed solutions
- Work with our Head of Customer Experience and Technical Support Manager to ensure proposed designs are adopted for use by our platform users as part of a smooth release process
- Organise in-house training and support for new developments
- Audit and maintain our platforms security certifications
- Use other interlinked software such as Sketch, Jira, Productboard, and Hubspot (training will be given if needed)
- Minimum 3 years experience in product management
- EdTech experience is preferred not essential
- Experience in using any of the following:
- Sketch, Figma or alternative design tools,
- Product board
- Jira
- and other tools to assist with product development and customer feedback (preferred not essential)
