For its Head Office in Inofyta Viotias, Maris is looking to recruit a: Technical Support Engineer Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the position owner will have as key accountabilities to provide technical support to customers and administrative support to the product management team, covering all the activities of the company: waterproofing, protective & repairing and flooring solutions. Main Job Responsibilities Assist customers in their day-to-day technical queries about products and solutions ensuring the proper tracking / data entries (from the initial request to the closing of the topic, including reporting) of all the calls and queries. Field visits to customers and job sites (including travelling abroad). Organizing and leading technical trainings (internal and external) to support new product launches and promoting existing solutions. Understand the required technical regulations in construction, in close coordination with the Quality Control department, responsible for the follow-up of products’ local regulations. Prepare and organize supporting technical documents to support communication to the customers (e.g.: TDS and Method Statements), in close coordination with the R&D team and the supervision of the product manager. Liaison between different departments (Innovation, Development & Quality) to relay information to the customer. Specify solutions or products upon request (and in strict coordination with) of the Sales team for specific projects. Job Requirements / Personal Skills & Competencies : Technical University Degree (civil engineering) At least 5 years in similar responsibilities, of which mainly in construction chemicals sector Preferable working experience within multinational organizations Excellent level in English (any additional language will be appreciated) Usual MS Office and ERP expertise Availability to travel abroad and domestic Commercial awareness and agility Excellent customer service sense Communication, organizational as well as excellent listening skills The company offers : Remuneration package according to qualifications and work experience Company car, laptop, mobile phone Private and life medical insurance Constant training and skills development Safe and organized working environment, excellent working conditions, team spirit mentality Please send your CV containing a brief presentation to the following address: hr_greece@saint-gobain.com .
